For years, public and private company executives, professionals and business owners have turned to Patricia for corporate communications strategy and executive communications skills coaching. Pat’s bio and overview of her work can be found at denboer.ca.
Her unique perspective on leadership communication behaviours comes from having spent 22 years as a communications advisor to executive managers and owners – listening to employees’ comments about how they view their leaders. This positions Pat to share valuable insights about what executive managers and owners can do to inspire massive commitment from their people with small – yet powerful – changes.
She is the principal of den Boer associates, an Ottawa-based consultancy she formed in 1998 to help organizations and their leaders communicate with clarity, impact and purpose.
